Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
Restoration 365 provides water damage cleanup, water removal, structural drying, flood cleanup, and mold prevention services from our Willow Grove operating base at 562 Davisville Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Services are performed using industry-standard water damage mitigation practices.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on visible conditions and available information at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional damage, hidden moisture, contamination, or structural conditions are discovered during mitigation. Restoration 365 will communicate material scope changes before proceeding with additional work when practical.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. Restoration 365 works with major insurance carriers and may support direct billing when an approved claim is in place. Any deductible, uncovered amount, or non-covered service remains the responsibility of the property owner.
4. Insurance Coordination
Restoration 365 assists with documenting damage, organizing job details, and supporting communication with your insurance carrier. Restoration 365 does not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, or claim payment. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider based on your policy terms.
5. Liability
Restoration 365 carries insurance coverage for restoration work. Restoration 365 is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, long-term leaks, microbial growth that existed before service began, or damage caused by delays in reporting or addressing water intrusion.
6. Cancellation
Emergency dispatch can be canceled before crews arrive on site. Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for labor, equipment, materials, and services already deployed or performed.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from services provided should first be addressed through direct communication with Restoration 365. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with Pennsylvania law in Montgomery County, PA.
